The newbie designer’s downtown-cool aesthetic (influenced by her adolescent years spent on the Lower East Side) was an instant hit with the fashion crowd. These days the covetable collection includes mixed-media day dresses, reworked jeans, and the brand’s signature statement Sandy Liang jackets.
