Great idea but.....
Sounded like a really useful purchase to get some more wear out of sleeveless dresses as the weather gets cooler. The top is basically like a pair of opaque tights. Crop top length (not sure it would suit someone bigger busted) with super skinny arms. Treat with care - expect it could ladder like tights. It only really works with high round necked garments. Tried it with V neck & other round necks & dimensions were just wrong on me.
